We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join the Enverus engineering office in Brno, Czech Republic, for a 1-year maternity leave cover with possibility of extension. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions.  
Work model: Hybrid (3 days in office) 
 
What you'll do: 
  • Serve as the sole HR point of contact for the Brno office, owning the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. 
  • Manage all new hire administration, employee life-cycle changes, and offboards independently. 
  • Handle employee relations, leaves, and legal matters, escalating to HRBPs or the Senior HR Director where needed. 
  • Prepare and administer payroll and attendance-related documentation 
  • Work with the Global Benefits team to administer benefit programs for the Brno office. 
  • Partner with the Talent Excellence team and HR Business Partners to implement Talent Initiatives (performance, development, compensation, and career) locally. 
  • Own and maintain all HR policies for the Brno office, ensuring compliance with Czech legislation. 
  • Track key HR trends and metrics; participate in monthly HR meetings and reporting. 
  • Manage Health & Safety activities. 
  • Prepare documents and reports for internal and external audits and government requirements. 
  • Active participation in Workday roll-out. 
  • Ensure data accuracy across all employee lifecycle records. 
What you should have: 
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional HR experience 
  • Experience with Czech employment law and local legislation 
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday) 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously 
  • Ability to communicate well both written and verbally, in English and Czech 
  • AI literacy
